After a very daunting and draining court process and zero communication between me and my ex partner I felt we had very little hope of re establishing contact in a safe and fair environment. Sad to say but having felt like being the man in this equation put me at a stereotypical disadvantage the negotiators family center and in particular Colin showed me a light at the end of the tunnel that I didn’t think I would see again. He and his team took the time to sit down and understand my situation without biased views, helped in a professional but more importantly friendly and very approachable manner. It was most important for me to be able to feel like I could trust the people that would be in control of my sons safety both physically and mentally and he did exactly that. He even came in once just to check up on me and say hi which may seem small but with how I was feeling made all the difference. The center progressively took us from supervised contact to supported contact to now just handover support, each time with a smooth transition and reassurance in the results it would provide. I have rarely seen a director so actively involved at all levels of his business and care so much for its users and more importantly the children. I probably won’t be able to ever thank Colin and his team enough for what he has done for me and my son and I would hope my ex partner as well but if anyone is in need of similar help then I would not hesitate to recommend this center and it’s services.
